Organizational Volunteers
There are many ways for organizations to get involved with Meals on Wheels of Ridgefield (MOW). Local philanthropic organizations have chosen to support us in a variety of ways including,
- funding the cost of a holiday meal;
- funding the purchase of needed kitchen equipment;
- sponsoring a client that cannot afford meals on their own.
Other organizations, such as the National Charity League, sign up to deliver meals on school holidays. Local school children also bring a smile to our clients’ faces by decorating our delivery bags and making holiday decorations.
